This is a ‘fresh to frozen’ product, meaning we’ve frozen the Summer Sausage 3 weeks prior to the sell-by date. This product was safely frozen at the plant right after production.

We recommend using within 12 months of the freeze by date on the package and consuming within ten days after thawing for best quality.
