Beef Snack Stick, Summer Sausage

One of the things we are famous for is tweaking and tinkering with recipes, always trying to make them just a little bit better! We wanted a place where we could do that with our snack sticks so here it is! We are working with a small, artisan processor to develop new and unique flavors!

We believe that farmers, specifically family farms, are the backbone of America- and they need all the support they can get! As such, we start with 100% grass-fed beef from small, family-run, American farms that is processed in small batches at small, local butchers. Then we blend that fine quality American beef with simple, organic spices and slow smoke it over real hickory wood chips for 16 hours for an incredible, satisfying flavor. Packed with protein, omega 3’s and no nitrates or other nasty chemicals, this is a snack you can enjoy and feel good about eating.
