It’s especially good in milk-based desserts, thickened cream and low-fat spreads; or aerated desserts like mousses, marshmallows, icings, frostings, toppings, chiffons, and souffles. Our beef gelatin is produced from grass- and grain-fed cattle and contains no artificial colors, flavors, or sweeteners; no preservatives; no hydrogenated oils; no modified food starches or gums; and no refined sugars—absolutely nothing but natural beef gelatin!
