Our Organic, Multi-Purpose Hard White Wheat is grown on Huntons' Farm in Junction City, Oregon. It is taken to Camas Country Mill to be milled and sifted in Eugene, Oregon.

Stoneground at the mill in small batches helps retain optimal freshness. The slow milling process does not heat the grain or flour, so the nutritional benefits of the Hard White Wheat remain intact.

Our Organic Multi-Purpose Hard White Whole Wheat Flour is white in color, and makes a great pizza dough.
