"Higher Power is a small family-owned business located in the hills of beautiful Southern Oregon.
Our premium organic products are hand-crafted in small batches. The raw nuts & seeds are soaked, drained, rinsed in the crystal clear waters of Ashland, Oregon, and then dried slowly in food dehydrators over the course of 3 to 5 days. This brings out the natural nutty flavor and maximizes the nutritional value.”
Also known aa “sprouting” this soaking process increases the vitamin C, vitamin B, and carotene content compared to an unsprouted seed or nut. Sprouting also neutralizes phytic acid which inhibits our bodies from absorbing calcium, magnesium, iron, copper, zinc and other nutrients.
