Organic prunes are washed and warm-air dried in a series of carefully controlled processes.

Prunes are listed as one of the Top Ten Antioxidant Foods available, with 5770 ORAC units per 100 grams by the USDA. The ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) unit is a method of measuring the antioxidant capacity of different foods.

Perfect as a snack, or chopped and added to baked goods, fruit bars, cereals and chutneys. Can also be soaked and blended with water to make juice.

These prunes are pitted but may contain pit fragments.
