A combination of pureed and whole U.S.A. family organic black turtle beans, lightly salted with Eden sea salt and thoroughly cooked at our certified organic and kosher cannery. Award winning. Delicious in dips, botanas, enchiladas, and tacos. Rich in healthy fiber and a good source of protein, potassium, iron, and magnesium. No chemical additives. Half the sodium of other brands. Packed in BPA free can linings since April 1999.
