An all purpose bean with mild, sweet, creamy flavor. High in fiber and a good source of protein, iron, folate B9, and magnesium. Superb with whole grain, in soups, stews, salads, dips, and for Mexican dishes such as burritos, tostadas, quesadillas, tacos, and refried beans. No salt added.
