Among our Azure family, this small, creamy white bean is an ever-popular addition to soups and stews—a distinction owed partly to its delicate flavor and smooth texture; it compliments many dishes without overpowering other flavors or drawing too much attention to itself, making it a great choice for “stretching” a meal to feed more people. 

Our organic great northern beans make a great addition to casseroles and can even be used in cornbread. They’re also fantastic in white chili and bean salads. High amounts of protein, dietary fiber, iron, magnesium, and folate make them a great vegetarian option as a source of nutrients that might otherwise be missed in a meat-free diet.
