Grapes, Flame Seedless Organic

Currently California grown.

Red flame seedless grapes are table grapes of medium size.  They are sweet, succulent and crisp!

Grapes are rich in the polyphenolic phytochemical compounds resveratrol and anthocyanin which are mega anti-oxidants having anti-cancer, anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory properties, and provide protection against coronary heart disease, and degenerative nerve and brain diseases.  Grapes are also a source of vitamins A, C, and K.

Grapes are eaten raw as well as processed for grape seed extract and oil, preserves, juice, wine, vinegar, and of course raisins!

If you have dogs, keep in mind that grapes and raisins are toxic to them!

Store grapes in the refrigerator in the bag they came in.  Don’t wash them first, wash them before eating.  They should last 3-5 days in the refrigerator.
