Baby Swiss Cheese, Organic

With seven grams of protein in each serving, our Baby Swiss is a delicious snack whether you're at home or on the go. Because we start with organic milk, our Baby Swiss has a soft texture and a nutty flavor that helped us take first place in a Cook's Illustrated taste test.

Inspired by the flavors of the Alps countryside, our Baby Swiss is made from pasture-raised organic cows' milk. It has smaller holes than regular Swiss Cheese, as well as a softer texture and a more delicate flavor, making this vegetarian-friendly cheese perfect for sandwhiches, appetizers, or casseroles.

MRNA Vaccine Statement: To the best of our understanding, there currently is no mRNA technology commercially available for use on cattle at this time in the United States. Accordingly, to the best of our knowledge, none of our cooperative's member farms have used any mRNA vaccines within their milk producing livestock.
