If this happens, it's usually in colder storage temperatures--below 45 degrees F. As you know, we avoid adding gums, preservatives, or stabilizers which makes our product more vulnerable to crystallization. Joe chose each ingredient in our sugar-free formulations based on overall taste and not what was easiest to work with, so, we have a great-tasting sugar-free syrup which sometimes crystallizes in cooler temperatures.\u003cb\u003e\u003cu\u003e It's not a food safety issue at all.
