The milk used to create Rumiano Cheese, Butter, Ghee and Whey Protein Concentrate-80% is sourced from 19 certified, organic family dairies within an 85-mile radius of our production facility in Crescent City, CA. No vaccines are allowed to be used with any cows that are being milked.
