Made by Hummingbird in small batches to ensure freshness, our Oregon-grown hazelnuts are lightly roasted then ground into a smooth and delicious nut butter.

We get our hazelnuts from a few different Oregon Organic Hazelnut farmers who care deeply about their work and provide the highest quality nuts. 

Hazelnuts are exceptionally rich in folate, an excellent source of vitamin E; and a rich source of minerals, including manganese, potassium, calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, zinc, and selenium. Nuts are rich in dietary fiber, vitamins, and minerals and packed with numerous phytochemicals.
